Played: Kevin's bratty older brother Wayne

Where Is He Now? He married a former adult film star, made a career for himself producing television content and can currently be seen doling out relationship advice to his pal on 'Scott Baio Is 45 ... and Single.'






Josh Saviano

Played: Paul Pfeiffer, Kevin's nerdy best friend

Where Is He Now? Despite Internet rumors, Saviano did not grow up to be Marilyn Manson. In fact, he graduated from Yale with a degree in political science before going on to get his law degree. He is currently an associate at a New York law firm.







Daniel Stern
Played: Narrated the series as the unseen adult Kevin

Where Is He Now? Still working behind-the-scenes on animated shows like 'Dilbert' and 'Hey Arnold!' and starring in the upcoming direct- to-DVD movie 'Bachelor Party Vegas.'
